Evan has spent his career building things at scale: cars, medical devices and companies. With a degree from Caltech, his resume includes General Motors, Danaher (Beckman Coulter), and Novartis, followed by a series of startups – including his own – in the medtech space. With a broad set of experiences in manufacturing, program management, and entrepreneurship, his work at at Skylar focuses on helping clients build their companies.

David’s notable success began as the head of Human Resources at EarthLink where he grew the company from a few hundred employees to over ten thousand. His takeaway from that experience is a company is only as good as its people, and that human resources and business administration functions at their best are business partners that not only enable but accelerate growth. When David founded Skylar twenty years ago, he made sure this takeaway is the foundation upon which Skylar is built.
